It is Unique in its kind for the size and storage of mollusks. A single isothermal container, two distinct
and separate areas within it: the filter area and the mollusk storage area. Created for fish activities that
want to create within them the “mollusks quality angle” with a small purification and finishing plant. The double water supply system, “traditional” and from the “bottom” (usable contextually or individually) and the efficient and functional technical equipment allow to optimize the organoleptic qualities of the treated
product, thus reducing its purification times.
In the case of interest, for a greater visibility of the purified product, in a more scenographic way, one or
more mollusk display tanks can be connected to the plant and positioned in the sales area, to present
customers with fresh mollusks, just caught, alive and vital, ready for consumption.
Unico can also be used for shellfish storage.
